Although we try our best to give you a price estimate, it is impossible to provide an exact pricing bacause price for an event can vary based on the following factors:
1) Your choice of venue (some venues provide a full commercial kitchen, with tables and chairs and other venues may just be providing an empty space)
2) The length of your event (the longer the event, the higher the labor cost will be)
3) Your number of guests (typically the higher the guest count is, the lower the cost per person is).
Our typical wedding can range anywhere from$50 to $80 per person all inclusive (including staff, china, linens, flatware, glassware, sales tax and any other expenses related to provide our services). For customers on a tighter budget, we offer a more affordable package where food is brought in all precooked. That elminiates the need of event chefs and satellite kitchen setup. Our customers choose us because typically our competition within the same price range brings their food precooked versus we cook and finish ours fresh on site.

cost is calculated on a case by case basis. It could depend on what
your venue provides (if they do provide anything at all!) as well as
your event needs. For a typical wedding, you should expect to pay
from $14 to $25 per person (price calculated based on a 100 guest count
wedding) for rentals. Rentals typically include tables, chairs, linens,
napkins, glassware, flatware. Items such as a tent, dance floor,
lighting, heaters, lounge furniture can be rented at additional cost.
Plated dinner service usually increases the cost of rentals, since more
china and flatware is being used. Most venues require that all rental
items be picked up the night of the event. Rental companies in San
Diego charge over $190 for late pick-up (after 10:00 pm).

should expect to pay around $16-$21/person for a buffet service and around $18-$25/person for plated service (price
