1) Your choice of venue (some venues provide a full commercial kitchen, with tables and chairs and other venues may just be providing an empty space)
2) The length of your event (the longer the event, the higher the labor cost will be)
3) Your number of guests (typically the higher the guest count is, the lower the cost per person is).
Our typical wedding can range anywhere from$60 to $80 per person all inclusive (including staff, china, linens, flatware, glassware, sales tax and any other expenses related to provide our services). For customers on a tighter budget, we offer a more affordable package where food is brought in all precooked. That elminiates the need of event chefs and satellite kitchen setup. Our customers choose us because typically our competition within the same price range brings their food precooked versus we cook and finish ours fresh on site
